Improving your health one bite at a time.

Food affects every facet of our lives. Our moods, health, relationship, every single aspect of our lives even our business lives are impacted by our food. 

The funny thing is that while our food is so important, often it is not something we think about or put much effort into. What we eat tends to be ruled by two things: our habits & emotions. What is even worse is our emotional eating impacts our moods/emotions, often in a negetive way. Changing our emotions is not always as easy as we wold like. But changing our habits is a great way to begin taking control of our health, one bite at a time. 

Exercise is unnatural.

I would wager that having a health coach tell you that exercise is unnatural & that your avoiding is natural and healthy is pretty unexpected. Have you ever seen any animal in a natural environment doing exercises? There is a reason for that. 

What is natural about riding a bike that goes nowhere? Or walking on a treadmill that also goes nowhere? To be successful with exercise programs for a lifetime takes a large committment & will power. 

There is a simple solution to this & I am excited to share it with you in the spring of 2019 in my new book "Habits & Natural Living Outperform Diet & Exercise Inch for Inch".
